摘    要:小底大坝帷幕灌浆工程规模大、难度大、地质条件复杂、技术含量高。施工中充分利用了国内外成功的施工手段。并将国外先进的施工技术与国内成熟的施工工艺相结合形成了一系列完整的灌浆工艺。引进了稳定性浆液、,GIN灌浆法、灌过程监控、自动记录等新工艺,新技术;研制和改进了液压、气压灌浆塞和用于灌浆监控系统的压力、流量监视器等施工机具用仪器,这些先进的工艺和机具都推广应用价值。小浪底的帷幕灌浆施工技术为我国灌

Abstract:The curtain grouting project for the dam of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project is large in size, big in difficulty, complex in geological conditions and high in technical requirements. In the grouting construction, the construction unit has made full use of the successful construction methods at home and abroad, and combined the foreign advanced construction technologies with the domestic matured construction techniques to form a series of perfected grouting techniques. The new techniques and technologies such as stable grouting slurry production, GIN grouting method, grouting monitoring and automatic recording have been developed and introduced. Some construction tools or devices have been developed and improved, such as hydraulic and pneumatic packers, and the pressure and discharge monitors used in the grouting supervisory system. All these advanced techniques and tools have wide application and popularization value. The construction technologies of curtain grouting for the dam of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project have provided new way of the development of grouting technology in our country.
