摘    要:以产品寿命周期的讨论和如何处理报废产品为研究对象,分析了产品寿命结束时各种处理方案,指出再制造具备节约能源和降低材料消耗的潜能,可以回收85 %的额外价值,并且可以避免不必要的污染.再制造产品具有和新品一样的质量和售后服务.再制造为企业实现材料的闭环流动和为产品取得可持续性发展提供了巨大机会.

Abstract:This paper begins with a discussion of product life cycles and options for dealing with products at end-of-life, emphasizing more sustainable alternatives to landfilling and incineration, pointing out that establishment of a remanufacturing process can potentially save a certain amount of energy and materials cost and avoid the unnecessary pollution. Remanufacturing recaptures approximately 85 percent of the labor and energy that comprise the "value added" content, and remanufactured products have the same quality and service after sale as that of new products. Remanufacturing represents tremendous opportunity for industry to close the loop and achieve sustainability for their products.
