| Abstract: | In this aticle the author analzes what knowledge economy is and its outstanding characteristics, describes the relationship between the economy and the education (higher engineering education in particular) both based on knowledge, provides four countermeasure suggestions about how to deepen higher engineering educational reform so as to meet the need of knowledge economy. |
