硬质合金刀具材料摩擦磨损的研究现状及展望

摘    要:分析了影响硬质合金刀具材料摩擦磨损性能的主要因素及各因素的影响方式,研究了硬质合金磨损的过程及方式,总结了国内外硬质合金刀具材料的摩擦磨损性能研究的现状及不足,提出了对金属切削具有指导作用的硬质合金摩擦磨损研究的新方向。

Abstract:The dominate factors that influence the friction and wear performance of cemented carbides tool materials are analyzed,as well as the way they work.Thus the wear process and charicteristics of cemented carbides are discussed.Moreover,the state-of-the-art both at home and abroad is summarized and the disadvantage of this field is analyzed.New research directions on friction and wear properties of hard metal concerning metal cutting are pointed out.
