| 摘 要： | 利用空间机构学中D-H法和ADAMS软件建立了挖掘机工作装置坐标系及机械仿真模型.通过ADAMS/View中对挖掘机虚拟样机系统的仿真分析,得到了空载挖掘下动臂、铲斗和斗杆之间的速度、加速度关系,并得到液压挖掘机的一些特殊工作尺寸.根据对挖掘阻力的分析,对挖掘机铲斗挖掘时的受力状况进行仿真,得到了各铰接点处的受力情况,为零件的强度分析提供了依据.

| Abstract: | Has used related diaciplines theory to establish a mechanical simulation model of exca vator.Through simulation and analysis of virtual prototype system in ADAMS,the relations between the velo city and acceleration have been attained.Get some specific work scope of hydraulic excavator.Analyzing the excavator while digging,get the force of deferent joints,which is the base for strength analysis of part. |
