摘    要:较详细地探讨了复合锂基脂的组成、制备工艺及条件,采用二组分复合或三组分复合时对复合锂基脂性能的影响。制备的三组分复合锂基脂具有良好的高温多效性能:高滴点,良好的胶体安全性、机械安全性、氧化安定性、防腐性、抗水性和润滑性。考察了几种添加剂在复合锂基脂中的应用效果:聚异丁烯可提高复合锂基脂的粘附性;LaF3、MCA可提高复合锂基脂的抗靡性;硫代氨基甲酸盐可提高润滑脂的抗磨极压性。

Application of Some Additives on Lithium Complex Grease

Abstract:The composition, condition and technology of preparing lithium complex grease has been discussed in this paper. The molar ratio of 12-hydroxystearic acid to low or middle molecular acid is at best 1: 0.5. The lithium complex grease of three-components possesses good high temperature multipurpose properties: high dropping point, good colloidal stability, shear stability, oxidation stability, anti-corrosion property, water resistance property and lubrication property. Effects of some additives used on lithium complex grease has been studied in this paper. Polyisobutene can improve the adherent and water resistance property of grease; LaF3 and MCA can improve the anti-wear properly of grease; Dithioamino-formate has good anti-wear and EP property.
