异辛氧基硼酸铜抗磨减摩添加剂的研究

摘    要:合成了异辛氧基硼酸铜,考察了其油溶性和抗氧抗腐蚀性。采用MS-800A摩擦试验机和HQ-1摩擦磨损试验机对其抗磨减摩性能进行了评价,并计算出磨损体积和磨损速率。结果表明,异辛氧基硼铜具有良好的抗磨减性能,油溶性和抗氧抗腐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Cupric isooctoxylborate (CuIOB) was prepared in this paper. The oil-solubility, anti-oxidation stability and anti-corrosion ability were investigated. Wear volume and wear rate were calculated and the anti-wear and friction reducing properties were evaluated with MS - 800A friction testing machine and HQ - 1 friction and wear testing machine. The results indicate that CuIOB possesses excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing properties, good oil-solubility, good anti-oxidation stability and anti-corrosion ability.
