摘    要:目的以纸盒生产设备主轴装置为研究对象,研究纸盒生产过程中误差精度的控制方法。方法通过分析主轴装置在纸盒生产中的工艺要求和结构特点,提取主轴装置模型的主要参数作为设计变量,应用Workbench软件的响应曲面优化和拓扑结构优化这2个模块对主轴装置的静刚度和质量参数进行优化。结果将优化结果应用于生产实际中,不仅提高了该装置的静刚度,而且减轻了质量,也将纸盒生产误差精度控制在0.2 mm内。结论为纸盒生产设备主轴装置的设计和优化提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:The work aims to study the method to control the error precision in the process of carton production with the main shaft device of carton production equipment as the research object. According to the analysis on the process requirements and structural features of the main shaft device during the carton production, the key parameters of the main shaft model were extracted as the design variables. The static stiffness and mass parameters of the main shaft device were optimized with the response surface optimization and topological structure optimization modules in the Workbench software. The results of optimization, which were applied to the production practice, not only improved the static stiffness of the device, but also reduced the mass of the device. The error precision of the carton production was also controlled within 0.2 mm. A new method is provided for the design and optimization of the main shaft device of the carton production equipment.
