摘    要:为在太赫兹波段的遥感生物探测预警雷达系统、光电对抗、成像探测以及高速通信提供小型野外使用的军用全固态紧凑太赫兹辐射器,研制了一种小型便携式太赫兹辐射器的光泵浦源,采用了无热电制冷器(TEC)温度控制的二极管泵浦Nd:YAG固体激光,激光输出能量150 mJ,脉冲宽度最小6 ns,激光重频最大30 Hz,激光束散角最小约1 mrad。用这样的泵浦源进行光泵浦TPO-THz,产生的1.63 THz波的单脉冲能量为2.98 μJ,对应的THz波能量转换效率为1.92×10-5。
