Abstract: | The fragrance is one of food important characteristics, and may decide whether the product does in an impregnable position in the market, the perfect union of the color, smell, taste and shape can cause food bring people wonderful enjoyment. As the main ingredient that can harmony food fragrance, the flavoring essence and spice is playing the role estimated with difficulty in the production of food industry.
