摘    要:载波相移正弦脉宽调制(Carrier Phase Shifted-Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation,简称CPS-SPWM)技术是一种优秀的开关调制策略,能够在较低开关频率下获得等效高频载波的效果,目前已较广泛地应用在电压型多电平逆变器(Voltage Source Inverter,简称VSI)中.首先分析了一类三相电流型多电平逆变器(Current Source Inverter,简称CSI)的工作原理;基于CPS-SPWM技术的调制机理,提出了该技术在该类多电平CSI中应用的可行性,并给出了具体实现方法.最后建立了三相五电平CSI实验系统,验证了CPS-SPWM技术在该类拓扑中应用的可行性和优越性.

Abstract:The Carrier Phase Shifted-Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(CPS-SPWM) technique is an excellent modulation method with many good features as that the higher equivalent output carrier frequency can be obtained from lower switching frequency devices.This technique has been applied widely in multilevel Voltage-Source Inverter(VSI).In this study,the operation principle of three-phase multilevel Current-Source Inverter(CSI) is given.Based on the principle of CPS-SPWM technique,its feasibility in the multilevel CSI is proposed,and the implementation method is given.Lastly,an experimental system of a five-level CSI is built to validate the proposition.
