基于VC环境下对单个齿距偏差和齿距累积总偏差实验的数据处理

摘    要:文章介绍了单个齿距偏差和齿距累积总偏差的测量原理,同时也介绍了相对法的测量方法。详细介绍了为了实现实验数据的自动处理,在VC环境下编程的思路。程序界面直接显示出计算法的表格和图解法的图形,并将两参数的结果显示出来。经过大量的测试,结果表明该程序的算法是正确,操作简单、方便。

Abstract:This paper introduces a principle of how to measure individual circular pitch error and total cumulative pitch error, at the same time comparative method is put forward. A programming approach based on VC condition about how to calculate the two parameters is introduced in detail. The interface of the program can show the table and the diagrammatic view and the results directly. A large numbers of tests be passed through, the testing results show that the algorithm is correct and the operation is easy and convenient.
