摘 要: | 在实验室内研究了镁质浇注料中纯铝酸钙水泥加入量对钢液总氧含量的影响。结果表明 :当纯铝酸钙水泥加入量在 6 % (质量分数 ,下同 )以下时 ,随着纯铝酸钙水泥加入量的增加 ,钢样中的总氧含量随之增加 ;当纯铝酸钙水泥加入量超过6 %时 ,钢样中的总氧含量下降

Influence of calcium aluminate cement content in magnesia based castables on total oxygen content of molten steel |

Abstract: | The influence of calcium aluminate cement(CA) content in MgO based castables as binder on total oxygen content(TOC) of molten steel was studied.It was found that with increment of CA content up to 6%,the TOC of the molten steel increased,but when the CA content is more than 6%,the TOC of the molten steel decreased.Usually,6% content of CA is high enough for the MgO castable, so lower CA content of refractories is beneficial to the absorption of inclusion of molten metals. |
