摘    要:本文以橄榄油为脂肪食品模拟物,对市售微波适用塑料容器中有害物质的总迁移量进行了测定。对照我国现行标准中正己烷模拟物的测定结果,发现以橄榄油为模拟物的方法测得样品合格率为20%,而以正己烷为模拟食品测得样品合格率为100%。说明我国现行的相关标准对评价微波加热容器的安全性还存在不足之处。

Determination of overall migration from plastic microwave articles by use of olive oil as fatty food stimulant
Abstract:In this paper, olive oil was used as fatty food stimulant to determine overall migration from plastic articles under condition of microwave heating or high temperature. In the study, the overall migration from plastic microwave articles was also determined using n-hexane as fatty food stimulant, which was the standard method of China currently in effect. The experiment results indicated that there were only 20% of the plastic articles up to grate by use of olive oil as fatty food stimulant, and there were 100% of plastic articles up to grate when use of n-hexane as fatty food stimulant. Survey says in this study, using standard method of china to evaluate the safety of plastic microwave containers have definite defect.
