凸轮连杆齿轮变速输纸机构优化设计

摘    要:研究了适合于高速胶印机的纸张输送机构——凸轮连杆齿轮变速输纸机构的优化设计问题。通过理论分析,建立了以纸张到达前规的输纸距离为目标函数的优化设计数学模型,并针对实例进行了设计,可以在满足工艺要求的首提下获得优化方案,有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:A kind of optimal design of cam-linkage-gear mechanism for the paper-transferring mechanism with variable speeds is introduced in this paper to meet the need of high-speed offset press.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the paper-transferring distance is proposed to be the objective in the optimal design.The numerical solution of a practical example is presented.The designed mechanism can satisfy the structural layout and process conditions of the offset press.
