| 摘 要： | 本文运用层次分析法,分3个层次、6个要素、13个指标,建立数学理论模型,对全球80个矿业国家的矿业投资环境进行定量分析,给出了全球矿业国投资潜力排序,在一定程度上为国家进行矿业投资提供客观依据。在投资环境评价模型的基础上,以中国对外投资为视觉,把各样本国家与中国的关系作为补充指标并赋予权重,得到针对中国境外矿业投资的全球投资环境排序,为中国企业境外投资提供了新的参考资料。
