摘    要:利用红外光谱法和化学分析法测定了酚醛树脂/玻璃纤维预浸在25℃,相对湿度约50%的储存条件下的化学变化,研究了预浸料中树脂羟甲基指数,不可溶分含量以及挥发分与储存时间的关系,实验结果表明,红外光谱法可快速测定预浸料中树脂的羟甲基指数,并根据体系中树脂基 体的羟甲基消耗量定量地测定树脂固化反应的相对程度,从而实现对预浸料实施有效的质量控制。

CHARACTERIZATION OF PHENOLIC RESIN/GLASS FIBER PREPREG DURING STORAGE
Abstract:The chemical changes of phenolic resin/glass fibre prepregs are investigated during the period of exposure to an environment chamber using different characterization methods. The specimens were exposed to an environment chamber with a relative humidity of 50% at an ambient temperature (25 C) for 105 days. Then infrared spectroscopy (IR) and other chemical analysis (i. e. volatile and insoluble components content measurement) were used to determine the extent of the chemical changes during the storage. The test results show that the occurrence of precuring in phenolic resin system consumes a considerable number of hydroxy-groups during the period of environment exposure. IR analysis can be used as quality control method for the prepregs.
