摘 要: | 在分析了水力自控翻板闸门的优缺点的基础上,得出了外控翻板闸门开发研究的必要性。比较分析了各种外控翻板闸门方案优劣。提出了液控翻板闸门的设计理念。以泵控马达驱动翻板闸门为例说明液控翻板闸门的设计思想,详细介绍了泵控马达驱动翻板闸门的组成结构、工作原理和设计要点,为液控翻板闸门的研究发展提供了一定的技术基础。

Abstract: | Research and development of controlled flap gate is found necessary according to the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of automatic hydraulic control flap gate. The design theory is proposed by comparing advantages and disadvantages of various controlled flap gates. Pump-control-motor flap gate is used to illustrate the design theory and detailed introduction is made on the structure, working principle and key element of design, which provides a technical base for further studies of hydraulic control flap gate. |
