双R角在H型钢X-H轧制法中的应用

摘    要:通过分析莱钢大型H型钢生产线TM精轧机组的轧辊磨损规律,指出导致R角折叠的原因是水平辊R角太小。在精轧水平辊上采用双R角设计,降低了轧辊消耗,基本杜绝了R角折叠质量缺陷。轧辊的单套平均过钢量由2500t提高至3500t,成材率由95.6%提高至96.0%。

Abstract:This article analyzed the wear and tear state of Tandem Mill rolls in Laiwu Steel’s heavy H-beam production line and pointed out that the smaller single round angle caused the pucker in horizontal rolls. Using double round angles design instead of single round angle in tandem mill horizontal roll, we resolved the pucker quality defect and reduced the usage amount of mill roll. Roll average rolling production increased from 2 500 tons to 3 500 tons, yield rate increased from 95.6% to 96.0%.
