摘    要:以镍网或镍带在硝酸镍溶液加热后放入置换铜杂质,使含铜较高但价格较低的废镍料可以制得合格的硝酸镍试剂,从而大大降低生产成本,此法已在生产中应用,效果较好.使用过的表面镀铜的镍网或镍带经过稀盐酸处理后还可反复使用.着重讨论了置换物的选择、置换时间、置换物面积对除铜效果的影响.

Abstract:Adding nickel net or steel in the hot nitric nickel solution to remove the impurity of copper to prepare the qualified nitric nickel regent with cheap waste nickel that contained high content of copper. This method was used successfully that could lower the cost of production. The copper-plating nickel net or steel could be repeatedly used after diluted hydrochloric acid treatment by interchange method. The effect of the selection of removing agent, interchange time and surface area of the interchange materials on the removing copper was discussed.
