摘    要:为了研究聚碳酸酯板材在热气压胀形过程中的几何形状变化、应力、应变分布及璧厚等参数的变化情况,利用DYNAFORM软件对板厚为4 mm、直径100 mm聚碳酸酯盆形制件加工过程进行数值模拟,并且得出了相应的结论.分析表明:聚碳酸酯板材在均匀增压至某特定数值时,有一个突然的变形.在纬向应变分布,璧厚分布及位移变化所得的云图中均有一个临界圆,这使得制件的璧厚从临界圆到压边圈的厚度逐渐增加.实验结果与有限元分析结果一致.

Abstract:To explore the geometrical shape deformation,stress distribution,strain distribution and wall thickness of products in the process of polycarbonate(PC) hot gas pressure bulging,numerical simulation on a basin-shape PC part with the thickness of 4 mm and the diameter of 100 mm was conducted by the software of DYNAFORM.The result shows that abrupt changes tend to occur in the deforming of PC sheet as the even load pressure increases to a given value.A critical circle exists in the photoelastic experiment of latitude strain distribution,wall thickness distribution and displacement change,which makes the wall thickness of basin-shape part gradually increase from the critical circle to the pressure pad circle.The experimental result fits well with the finite element analysis.
