| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种定量测定医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶产品中丙烯酰胺含量的方法。方法利用高效液相色谱法检测医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶产品中丙烯酰胺的含量。结果:三种不同流动相体系测定的结果分别为:1.72x10-5g/g(0.9%NS,pH=3.7),2.65x10-5g/g(0.9%NS,pH=7.0),6.43x10-6g/g(100%甲醇)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、快速;所有测定结果均符合国家质量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective We set up a kind of method that quantitative determine acrylamide from medical polyacrylamide hydrogel. Methods Using HPLC Examine content of acrylamide from medical polyacrylamide hydrogel. Results By three kinds of different mobile phase to determine and get following results: 1.72 x 10 -5 g/g (0.9%NS,pH=3.7),2.65 x 10 -5 g/g (0.9%NS,pH=7.0),6.43 x 10 -6 g/g(100%Methanol.Conclusion Our results have demonstrated the method sensitive, accurate and rapid ;All results are indicated that residual acrylamide in the polyacrylamide hydrogel product accords with Chinese ISO quality standard. |
