合成水性环氧固化剂的反应条件探讨

摘    要:水性环氧固化剂一般采用多元胺-环氧加成物。固化剂中的伯胺基团亲水性较大,易与空气中的CO2反应生成碳酸胺,使漆膜泛白,固化不完全。为了降低固化剂中的伯胺基团含量,利用伯胺基团和仲胺基团与环氧基团反应的速率不同,通过调节反应温度和反应时间,使反应主要发生在伯胺基团上。通过试验,确定了合适的反应温度和反应时间。

Abstract:Polyamine - epoxy adduct is used as waterborne epoxy hardener generally. It forms blooming film with poor curing due to the hy-drophilic primary amine group. According to the difference of reaction rate between primary and secondary amine, through controlling their reaction temperature and time, the reaction may be mainly carried out at primary amine in order to reduce their content. The proper reaction temperature and time are determined in the experiment.
