基于现场总线技术的自动分类传送系统

摘    要:自动分类传送系统为二层网络,上层为Profibus-DP主站,下层为AS-I主站(网关)和AS-I识别器,传感器和执行器作为AS-I从站与AS-I主站连接。通过识别器和电感识别头来辨识物体的特征信息和存放位置, 利用位置开关传感器和执行器把货物送到规定的地点,实现自动分类传送。

Abstract:Automatic classifying and transferring system is a two layer network. The top layer is Profibus DP master. The second layer is AS I master (gateway) and AS I identification unit. Sensors and actuators, as the AS I master's slaves, are linked with the AS I master. The character and the information of the object such as store place are identified through the identification unit and the inductive head. The object is put in the place which the operator expects by the sensor and the actuator in charge of position, so as to finish the automatic classifying and transferring.
