摘    要:利用CFX-Tascflow平台,对300 MW机组W火焰锅炉在基础运行工况下的炉内速度场和温度场进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果与采用抽气热电偶测量得到的试验值进行了比较,从而验证了模拟结果的准确性.通过对模拟结果的分析发现:锅炉侧墙压力偏低,造成煤粉气流向侧墙流动,引发结焦;炉内火焰中心偏上,造成飞灰含碳量高,减温水量大.根据计算结果提出4个锅炉改造方案并对其进行了模拟计算与分析,最终确定根据工况5进行锅炉的改造,经2个月的实际运行表明:飞灰含碳量下降了2%,减温水量下降了15 t/h.
