水冷器管内污垢自动清洗扭带及旋流轴承强化

冷饮与速冻工业的水冷器大多为列管式传热设备。实际运行的管内冷却水流速一般在0．5—1．0m／s范围，容易结水垢，效率低下。本文研究的旋流轴承强化的塑料扭带技术，可以在1．0m／s以下流速的管内实行自动清洗防垢，又冷却强化，并且流体阻力不大，结构简单，推广应用价值较高。

The Technology to Enlarge Rotational Moment with the Bearing for Twisted Strip of Self-Cleaning away Fouling in Water Cooling Tubes

Most water-c oo ling vertical condensers are shell-tube heat exchangers in refrigerating systems .The actual flowing velocity of water is generally lower than the design value i n condensing tubes,i.e.less than1.0m/s.The water fouling will grow easily and ha s serious effect on operation efficiency.The technique of plastic twisted tape c an not only self-clean away the fouling but also enhance heat transfer.However,t he force moment to self-rotate is not large enough when the flowing velocity is less than1.0m/s,so it is difficult to use this technique.This paper focuses on t he technique to enlarge the force moment.The principle is that a spiral strip an d an inner tube are set on the bearing,which is used to install the plastic twis ted tape at the inlet end of each condensing tube.The flowing velocity can be in creased because of the inner tube and the water can be led to flow spirally.The experimental data demonstrate that the operation moment can be increased by over 200%for a twisted tape of2m long.This ensures that heat exchanger can reliably u se the self-cleaning technique of twisted tape at the flowing velocity of less t han1.0m/s.In addition,the flowing resistance is not great and the structure is s imple.This new technique can be spread and used conveniently.
