实体模型图纸化转换中复合剖的实现方法

摘    要:提出了通过建立浮动模块的方法,解决了实体模型提取正投影图时AutoCAD系统只能定义单一剖切面而不能定义多个剖切面的问题。笔者列举了提取模型复合剖视图时的各种问题,提出了浮动模块的概念。指出了它的作用、形式及特点,并通过实例说明如何利用浮动模块来构建和变换实体模型的结构与位置,以使复合剖切面单一化和剖切过程简单化。最后结合实例对创建浮动模块的方法和提取复合剖视图的过程作了详细说明。

Abstract:It is proposed to construct floating block of model for the problem of AutoCAD that solid model cant be cut by a multiple section plane except a single section plane from solid model to orthographic views. The paper conclude problems of making multiple section view from solid model, introduce the concept, forms, peculiarity & function of floating block of model. It is shown by example how to use floating block of model to construct and transform shape & relative location of solid model in order to be simplification of multiple section plane and simplify of section process, and how to design floating block of model and making multiple section view are been explained detailedly too.
