京尼平与栲胶和铝盐的结合鞣研究

摘    要:在前期对京尼平(genipin)与皮胶原反应性研究的基础上,进一步考察了其与缩合类的荆树皮栲胶、水解类的栗木栲胶和铝盐的结合鞣时,各种鞣剂的用量和使用先后顺序对皮粉湿热稳定性的影响。结果表明:(1)用栲胶预鞣、genipin复鞣的效果,要优于genipin预鞣、栲胶复鞣的效果;缩合类栲胶与genipin结合鞣的效果,要优于水解类栲胶;用铝盐预鞣、genipin复鞣的效果,要优于genipin预鞣、铝盐复鞣的效果。本研究为全植鞣工艺和铝预鞣白湿皮工艺提供了新的选择。

Abstract:The combination tannage of genipin with mimosa, quebracho, chestnut and aluminum salts was investigated based on the study of reaction prop erties of genipin and collagen. Influences on hide powder's hydrothermal stabili ty of different kinds of tanning agents and their applying order were investigat ed. The results indicate that the hydrothermal stability of vegetable tannin pre tanned and genipin retanned hide powder is superior to that of reversed order co mbination tannage; the hydrothermal stability of condensed vegetable tannin pret anned and genipin retanned hide powder is superior to that of hydrolysable veget able tannin pretanned and genipin retanned. The hydrothermal stability of alumin um salt pretanned and genipin retanned hide powder is superior to that of revers ed order combination tannage. This research work provided new options for whole- vegetable tanning technology and aluminum pretanning wet white technology.
