摘    要:研究了Ni50Mn25+xGa25-xTb0.5(x=0,1.5,3,4.5,6)磁性记忆合金马氏体相变行为、饱和磁化强度和磁感生应变。结果表明,随着Mn含量的增加、Ga含量的降低,合金的马氏体相变温度从202 K升高到416 K,饱和磁化强度从700 mT降低到400 mT,最大磁感生应变达到1870ppm。

Abstract:Martensitic transformation,magnetic-field-induced strain and saturation magnetization of Ni50Mn25+xGa25-xTb0.5(x= 0,1.5,3,4.5,6) magnetism memory alloys were measured.The transformation temperature is improved from 202 K to 416 K,its saturation magnetization goes down fast from 700 mT to 400 mT,and magnetic-field-induced strain is improved to 1870ppm as the content of Mn increases and the content of Ga decreases.
