| 摘 要： | 介绍大型灰铸铁皮带轮的消失模无冒口铸造工艺。按照均衡凝固技术对该铸件无冒口铸造可行性进行了分析。通过试验，证明使用消失模工艺也可以实现无冒口铸造。

| Abstract: | Feederless foundry method used for producing a large gray iron pulley with EPC process was introduced. Based on proportional solidification technology, the feasibility to adopt feederless foundry method for producing the casting was analyzed. Test showed that, by using EPC process, the feederless casting also could be realized. |
