清河发电有限责任公司4号机组振动分析及治理

清河发电有限责任公司4号汽轮机是前苏联列宁格勒金属加工厂制造的冲动式、双缸、双流凝汽式汽轮机组,容量为100 MW。2004年9月3日机组在负荷73 MW运行时,因突发性振动保护跳机,2005年机组大修时,更换了发电机两侧风扇并将复水器的铜管改为不锈钢管,机组再次发生振动。文章着重叙述了跳机及振动的经过,具体分析了原因,诊断出高压转子中心孔封堵松动、脱落是造成机组振动的主要原因,并给出了治理方案。

No.4 steam turbine in Qinghe Power Generation Corp.Ltd.was made by LMZ works of the former soviet Union,being impulse type,double cylinders,double flows,condensing steam turbine unit100 MW.The unit was protectively tripped out due to suddent vibration at 73 MW load on september 3,2004.During the overhaul of unit in 2005,the draft fans on the both sides of generator were replaced,and the copper tubes of condenser were renewed with stainless steel tubes,the vibration of unit occurred again.the paper emphatically described the course of unit tripping and vibration analyzed the cause specifically,diagnosed that the loosening and falling off of high pressure rotor bore's plug was the main cause for the unit vibration,and gave the handling scheme
