建筑节能评价体系理论的基础研究

摘    要:对迄今的建筑能耗、建筑节能方法、建筑节能法规、建筑节能评价体系做了概要的介绍 ,在此基础上 ,指出了进一步改进和挖潜的合理的思路 ,提出了建筑能流、建筑物流、建筑废能耦合回收利用、建筑能量集成系统、建筑物能量集成度I和建筑物能量的室外环境影响因子F等重要概念 ,建议将这些全新的思路和概念应用于现有的建筑节能评价体系和技术措施中 ,相信会对建筑节能和环境保护起到非常积极的作用。

Basic theoretical research on evaluation system of building energy saving

Abstract:A brief introduction on building energy consumption, building energy saving methods, laws and guidance on building energy saving, evaluation system on energy saving, up to nowadays, are presented in this paper. Some new concepts such as building energy flow, building mass flow, couple recovering of building discharge energy, integrated system of building energy, factor of building energy integration I, effect factor on atmospheric environment of building energy F, etc. are presented, and further improving ways are suggested. Positive effect of these new concepts and new methods on tradition approaches are predicted.
