超声传感技术在电气设备故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:针对电气设备发生故障时,故障信息难以实现准确在线诊断,提出了电气设备故障的超声检测方法。简要介绍了超声传感器的结构和原理,然后以电力变压器绕组变形超声检测、真空开关真空度超声检测以及变压器局部放电超声定位为例,阐述了超声检测技术用于电气设备故障诊断的检测原理及方法。结果表明:超声检测方法,具有高可靠性、灵敏度和准确度等优点,在电力系统电气设备工况状态检测和故障诊断中具有良好的应用前景。

Application of ultrasonic transducer technology in fault diagnosis of electric equipment
Abstract:Generally the electric information in the electric equipment fault can not realize accurate online fault diagnosis. An ultrasonic detecting method used for electric equipment in power system is introduced.The structure and principle of ultrasonic transducer are briefly presented,the ultrasonic transducer technology applied to detecting and measuring the deformation of power transformer windings,vacuum level of vacuum breakers and the ultrasonic locating of partial discharge in transformers is elaborated as practical examples.The result shows that the ultrasonic detecting method has high reliability,sensibility and precision.And it possesses of a bright application prospect for the operating state detection and fault diagnosis of electric equipment in power system.
