摘    要:发展750 kV电压等级输电线路和采用FACTS技术是加快西北能源开发,实施西电东送的重要措施。柔性交流输电系统(FACTS),它综合了电力电子技术、微处理和微电子技术、通讯技术和控制技术而形成的用于控制交流输电的新技术,它代表了输电技术的发展方向,采用FACTS技术可以增加输电线路的传输功率,提高输电线路的可靠性。

Abstract:Development of 750 kV transmission lines and application of FACTS technique is an important measures to speed up the development of energy resources in Northwest China and realization of power transmission from west to east. The flexible alternative current transmission system (FACTS) is a new technique which has synthesized the power electronic technique, micro -processing and microelectronic technique, communication technique and control technique and is used for alternative current transmission control. It represents the developing direction of transmission technique. Application of FACTS technique can in- crease the transmission power of the line and improve the reliability of transmission lines.
