液体丁腈胶作为酚醛树脂改性剂的研究

摘    要:本文研究了用液体丁腈胶(液体NBR)对酚醛树脂的改性。采用了反应初期掺入液体NBR的方法,较固体橡胶改性酚醛混合工艺简单易行、分散效果好,所得共混改性树脂的韧性、耐热性均有所提高,用于摩阻材料其摩擦性能得到明显改善。用溶剂萃取法、扫描电子显微镜法研究了上述改性树脂的形态结构,研究结果认为,液体NBR改性酚醛树脂具有明显的两相结构,是一种物理共混物。

Abstract:In this paper, a low molecular weight liquid acrylo-nitrile-butadiene copolymer (L-NBR) used as modifier for phenolic resin is studied. It is observed thet L-NBR being added at the initial stage of resin synthesis will much simplify the process than that of using the solid NBR, and at that time, the effect of dispersion of blends is good, both the toughness and heat resistance of the modified resin are intensified, and the frictional property of the materials made from the resin modified with L-NBR is improved. It is observed by mans of solvent extraction and electron microscopy, that the morphology of liquid NBR modified phenolic resin (L-NBR-MPR) is of physically blended two-phase structure.
