摘    要:为了克服传统PI控制器的不足,满足燃气轮机对高品质控制性能的要求,对常规PI控制算法进行分析,找出了常规PI控制器不能获得最佳控制效果的原因.同时通过对模糊自适应控制的原理和燃气轮机运行过程的分析,并结合专家经验得出燃气轮机模糊PI控制规律,设计出了透平转速和燃气轮机排气温度的模糊自适应PI控制器.仿真试验结果证实模糊自适应控制器可以提高燃气轮机的性能,而且实现方便——只要在原系统上增加一个微处理器,完成模糊计算即可.

Abstract:To overcome the shortages of a conventional proportional and integral(PI) controller and satisfy the higher control performance requirement of a heavy single shift gas turbine,the conventional PI algorithm was analyzed to find out why it can not meet the optimum control effects. At the same time, an analysis of self_adaptive fuzzy control mechanism and gas turbine running procedure were provided, and new fuzzy control rules were proposed based on expertise. Self_adaptive fuzzy proportional integral speed and temperature controllers for heavy_duty gas turbine were presented.Shown are the performance improvement of the proposed controller compared with conventional PI controller via simulations. The advantage is that it can be implemented quite easily by adding a microprocessor component that carries out the extra fuzzy algorithm.
