| 摘 要： | 目的 建立毒鼠强中毒患者的胃内容物、血液和尿液中快速检测毒鼠强的气质联用方法。方法 运用C18小柱对胃内容物与血液进行除杂、净化后, 通过气质联用仪上的大体积进样与程序升温进样, 并利用小口径毛细管色谱柱HP-5MS(0.18 mm×20 m, 0.18 μm)进行检测, 用选择离子模式对m/z 92、132、212、240进行采集。结果 从样品前处理到确证完成全过程耗时约20 min。结论 该方法具操作简易快速、定性准确、灵敏度高等特点, 能应用于应急检验, 为患者抢救工作节省了宝贵的时间。
