嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌发酵产聚羟基烷酸酯的研究

摘    要:嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophlia)HG-B-1是一株可产PHAs的菌株。文章采用逐因子试验和响应面分析法优化S.maltophlia HG-B-1的发酵工艺条件。首先考察了菌株HG-B-1的生长曲线,得到其生长周期约为24h。在此基础上,运用逐因子试验确定其生长的最适碳源和氮源,分别为麦芽糖和NH4Cl;然后在单因素试验的基础上采用三因素五水平的响应面分析,根据回归分析确定较优的发酵工艺条件为:温度35.4℃,pH7.9,摇床转速129rmin-1。采用该工艺条件发酵24h,得到OD600为2.966,是理论值的98.8%。
