| 摘 要： | 在勘察设计业正处在转型时期下，设计行业的一些先进企业都在积极拓宽业务领域．推进工程服务业及经营模式方面深化改革。文章介绍了在新形势下，引入合同能源管理（简称EMC）的新模式解决设计企业传统的市场空间受到挤压．过去的业务经营模式已经不能完全适应市场竞争的问题，提出设计企业要进行经营模式的新转变。
