| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段在民防工程中较为广泛的二等人员掩蔽部人防地下车库设计过程做了归纳总结。就在人防工程设计初期怎样与小区规划有机结合、人防工程各类出入口设置原则及人防工程平战结合设计三个方面内容,谈了近几年设计的心得体会。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the design process of second personnel shelter for the underground garage which is widely used in the civil defense project at the present stage.The feelings and experiences of design in recent years for three aspects were introduced: how to combine the civil air defense early stage design and the community planning;what are the principles of settlement ofvarious types ofexits and entrances ofcivil air defence;and how to combine the design for peacetime and wartime. |
