谈大体积混凝土结构裂缝控制措施

随着改革开放和经济建设的发展,城市大型公用设施和高层建筑的兴建,混凝土基础越来越大,从几千立方米至数万立方米的大型基础已不鲜见。大体积混凝土的浇筑技术已被人们所关注。其中混凝土裂缝是很普遍的结构性病害之一。它不仅影响结构的美观,也会降低结构混凝土的强度,影响结构的使用性能和使用寿命,给人们的生活、生产带来不便。为确保大体积砼施工质量,除满足强度等级、抗渗要求外,关键要严格控制混凝土在硬化过程中引起的内外温差,防止因温度应力而造成混凝土产生裂缝。结合河南省妇保医院新病房大楼工程实践和科研成果,分析了温度裂缝产生的原因,提出了大体积混凝土结构控制裂缝产生的措施。
