摘    要:膜片弹簧是典型的非线性零部件,膜片弹簧的优化设计用蒙特卡洛法(M—C)比通常运用的罚函数法计算更为简单、精确,本文提供了一个汽车离合器膜片弹簧三个主参数的最优化设计(M—C)计算方法,随后又对优化结果作了验证。

Abstract:Diaphragm-spring is a typical nonlinear components,Optimize design diaphragm-spring using Monte Carlo method (M-C) more simple and more accurate than the punish-function. This text provided a optimization design calculation method of the diaphragm-spring three parameters of car. Made the examination to the calculation result later on.
