| 摘 要： | “中国共产党始终是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族先锋队”这一论断，是对中国共产党性质所做的新的科学概括，它丰富和发展了马克思主义建党学说。“中国共产党始终是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的选锋队”的论断有其充分的理论和实践依据。当好这两个先锋队，就要求我们党在增强阶级基础的同时．扩大群众基础．不断提高党的社会影响力。

| Abstract: | The conclusion that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the pioneer of both the Chinese working class and the Chinese people & nationality in all recpects is the new scientific generalization of CCP character, which develops and enriches Marxist party establishment theory. It is based on sufficient theory and practice. To act as as a pioneen in these two respects, our party as expecter1 to continuously enlarge its mass basis and improve the partys social influence besides strengthening its class fourndation. |
