半导体制冷温度控制算法的实验研究

摘    要:在以ARM7为核心的半导体制冷控制器的基础上,研究了半导体制冷温度控制的方法,采用PID算法和模型偏差补偿算法完成了半导体制冷温度控制实验,通过比较实验结果,分析两种算法的实际控制效果,实现了半导体制冷的较高精度温度控制。

Abstract:Based on the intelligent controller for thermoelectric cooling with the central part consisting of an ARM7-cored micro-controller LPC2220,the paper applies PID and model deviation compensation algorithms.The actual results are compared and analyzed through the experiments in this paper,in which solves the problem of the control effect is not satisfying,which results from the variation of plant model during the procedure of semiconductor refrigeration.
