有机稀土复合催化剂在聚氨酯铺面材料中的应用

摘    要:研究了有机稀土复合催化剂对双组分聚氨酯铺面材料的固化情况及其制品物理性能的影响。结果表明:有机稀土复合催化剂可以完全取代常用的有机Pb/Hg复合催化剂和有机Pb/Zn复合催化剂等体系,是其理想的替代品,从而消除聚氨酯铺面材料生产及使用过程中的Pb、Hg污染。

Abstract:The effects of organorare-earth composite catalyst on the solidification and the mechanical properties of two-component polyurethane paving materials were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst can completely replace the popular organometallic catalysts such as organolead and organomercury composite catalysts, and so eliminate the lead and mercury pollution of polyurethane paving materials.
