一次性可降解餐饮具用内淋涂胶的研制

摘    要:以丙烯酸乙酯为乳化剂,利用无皂乳液聚合技术,研制了一次性可降解餐具用内淋涂胶。通过正交实验设计确定了产品的最佳配方,同时探讨了单体、交联剂、引发剂、反应温度及搅拌速度等因素对产品性能的影响。结果显示:当EA为30%,St/BA为2.0,AN为10%,AM为0.7%,从为2%,MAA为0.7%时,合成的内淋涂胶性能较佳,各项性能指标达到或优于中华人民共和国《一次性可降解餐饮具通用技术条件》的国家标准GB18006.1-1999的要求。

Abstract:Using ethyl acrylate,as the emulsifer, an inside coating with core-shell structure for degradable dinner and drinking wares was prepared by seeded soapless emulsion copolymerization. The optimum formulation was determined through the orthogonal tests and the effect of the monomers, crosslinking agent, initiator, reaction temperature and the stirring speed on the copolymerization was investigated. The results Showed that the performances of the product were better when the formulation was formed by EA-30%, AN-10%, AM-0.7%, AA-2%, MMA-0.7% and ratio of St/BA-2.0 and every item could satisfy the national standard GB18006.1-1999.
