基于DSP控制的逆变器并联技术研究

摘    要:对基于DSP控制的逆变器并联技术进行了应用基础研究。首先从理论上分析了多台逆变器输出功率不均衡的原因,得出两逆变器模块输出电压相位差会产生输出有功功率不均衡,而两逆变器模块输出电压幅值差将引起输出无功功率不均衡。因而可通过分离检测各模块输出的有功功率差和无功功率差,并利用DSP控制电路来控制每模块的基准相位和电压幅值,使各模块输出功率保持均衡。经两台小功率逆变器并联实验,结果表明该方法具有良好的控制并联模块输出功率均衡的能力,同时能保证各模块可独立运行,适合热插拔功能的应用,为实现不中断逆变器代电奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:A kind of parallel technique based on DSP controller is presented. The causes by producing output power unbalance between paralleled inverters are analysed in theory. In according to the study results the phase difference of output voltage of paralleled inverters produces unbalance active output power and the value difference produces unbalance output unactive power. The control method of paralleled inverter is presented, that is, DSP controller controls the output power to balance through regulating the reference voltage phase and value of inverter. A simple measure method of output unactive and active powers is introduced. On a experimental system paralleled by two inverters, some experimental results show good balance power.
