面向业务体系结构：开创下一代电信业务新局面

传统上基于信令的电信业务控制体系和由此发展出来的智能业务体系，甚至包括被视为电信网络发展方向的下一代网络（NGN）和IP多媒体子系统（IMS），在业务生成和业务控制上是封闭的，而且是基于集中式计算模型的，对电信业务的丰富和发展形成了体制性障碍。面向业务体系结构（SOA）、web Services以及web2.0技术是互联网、分布式计算和企业信息化等领域的最新技术。根据OASIS对于面向业务体系结构（SOA）的定义，面向业务概念下的电信业务体系结构比传统电信业务体系结构显著扩充了能力结构、延展了业务的概念、改变了业务接口的定义、增加了从业务到能力的转换机制，并大大简化了应用的形态。

SOA: New Era of Telco Services

It has been the obstacle in Telco service development for traditional signaling based intelligent network service control architecture, even Next Generation Network (NGN) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) that are pictured as the fundamental of future services, because it is closed in service creation and service control implemented on a centralized computing platform. As the newest approaches in Internet, distributed computing and enterprise information services, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated Web services and Web 2.0 technologies have been widely accepted in information and service industry in past years. Based on the SOA definition of OASIS, Telco services will bring tremendous opportunities for service development with their disruptive innovation in capability expansion, service definition, service interfacing, service-capability mapping and application generation.
