不锈钢海洋腐蚀-在青岛海域16年暴露试验

摘    要:总结了不锈钢在海洋全浸区、潮汐区和飞溅区16年的暴露试验结果,在全浸区,不锈钢腐蚀严重,耐蚀性差别很大.在潮汐区,不锈钢的腐蚀较重,耐蚀性有明显差别.在飞溅区,2Cr13不能维持钝态,耐蚀性较差;含Cr大于17%的不锈钢的耐蚀性较好,它们的耐蚀性差别不明显.海生物污损能引起不锈钢的局部腐蚀,它对不锈钢在全浸区、潮汐区的腐蚀有显著的影响.

Abstract:Corrosion results of 5 type of stainless steels exposed to marine environment at Qingdao Sea area of China for 16 years were summarized. Stainless steels immersed in seawater were corroded seriously with large variation.In tidal zone, corrosion of stainless steels was relatively serious with obvious difference in corrosion resistance.For stainless steels with Cr content above 17%,their corrosion resistance in marine splash zone shows not obvious different;in marine splash zone,2Cr13 stainless steel could not keep passive state.Fouling organism could cause localized corrosion of stainless steels. Effect of fouling on corrosion of stainless steels in marine environments was notable.
