摘    要:详细介绍了基于CCD成像的轮箍表面荧光磁粉探伤计算机图像显示系统的工作原理和结构组成,对系统内的紫外频谱、荧光磁粉激发频谱及CCD摄像机工作波段进行了分析,具体介绍了针对轮箍表面缺陷图像处理的设计思想和几种适用算法。

Abstract:Based on CCD imaging, the operation principle and structure of the phosphor magnet powder flaw detection system for a tyre surface and the display system of computer image are introduced in detail. The UV-spectrum, the excited spectrum of the phosphor magnet powder and the working waveband of CCD camera are analyzed in this system. The design idea and several applicable algorithms are introduced in detail against the image processing of the surface flaw of a tyre.
